PRELI test. Decode the Endometrium. Empower Every Cycle.

Despite major advances in embryo assessment, a significant proportion of implantation failures and miscarriages remain unexplained. For many fertility specialists, the endometrium has long been a black box — biologically active, clinically decisive, but difficult to measure.

The PRELI test from Xambika Biotech changes that. Built on research led by Professor Jan Brosens, the test is designed to assess the decidual reaction: the tightly regulated inflammatory process that progesterone triggers each cycle to prepare the womb lining for implantation. When this process is dysregulated, pregnancy can fail even with a healthy embryo.

What it measures

The PRELI test evaluates whether the endometrium is mounting a normal, stalled, or exaggerated decidual response. This gives clinicians a concrete biological signal to work with — one that sits upstream of implantation itself and can recur across cycles, compounding risk over time.

The goal is to move fertility care beyond embryo-centric assessment and give clinicians a fuller picture of what's happening on the maternal side of the equation.
